Lori & Ryan's Winter Wedding

Lori and Ryan finally got married! You have seen them here 4 times due to their 4 seasons engagement shoot. Some people were starting to think that we only took pictures of them. We even had a new studio name
"Lori and Ryan's Studio Cabral".

They had a great day for a winter wedding. Complete with a super bridal party who know how to have a great time.

I have got to give a round of applause to Lori for never complaining and for being a really good sport, after all if it was me in that dress I think I would've given up 3.7 seconds after I left the bus to go outside and take pictures.

Nothing says Canada more than the photo above EH !

It should be on a postcard or at least on the large cups at Tim Horton's.

There was snow everywhere that day even at the reception. I really love that snow machine, good one George.

Studio Cabral Does Negril, Jamaica

On November 20, 2007 Norma-Ann & David were married at the beautiful Couples Swept Away resort in sunny Negril, Jamaica. We had a great time sharing in their special day and taking in the great Jamaican hospitality.

We were there for 4 days and were sad to leave. Norma and David were tons of fun especially when me and David were having our Red Stripe drinking competitions while Norma had every drink that came with an umbrella.

The highlight was when we trashed Norma's dress and David's suit. We gathered a pretty large group of onlookers from around the globe. Who had never seen anything like it before. A man from Denmark asked

" why you ruin good suit, you guys must have alot of money in Canada"

Congratulations Norma and David, I hope you had as much fun as we did.

We never expected this video to have such an overwhelming response when it was showcased at Jen and Jeff's wedding reception. We hope all of you enjoy it just as much.

Holiday order deadline

The holiday rush is quickly approaching and to all of our valued customers the deadline to have orders completed before the end of the year is November 1.

Jennifer & Christopher's Engagement in Niagara Falls!

Steve and I went all the way to Niagara Falls to shoot Jennifer and Christopher's engagement. We spent the whole afternoon doing both photo and video for their wedding next September.

The whole time I had those Mastercard commercials on my mind as we all started to gradually annoy one another within the first 10 minutes of our trip.

Total time spent driving - 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Number of times I asked "Are we there yet?" - 27.
Chances Jennifer and Christopher had to kick us out of the car - 12.
Times Steve cried when we drove over a bridge - 2.
People who asked if we were shooting a movie - 6.
Phone calls from George asking if we were coming to work that day - 64.
Times Jennifer and Christopher actually did kick us out of the car - 3
Accepted Apologies - 3
Simpson quotes said - 16 per hour.

Jennifer & Michael's Wedding

Jennifer and Michael came back home for their wedding. All the way from sunny San Diego, California. Like them I would choose Toronto over San Diego.

Tammy & Rob's Wedding

Tammy and Rob's wedding will be remembered for a few things. We broke 2 Studio Cabral records on their wedding day that I would like to share. (1) Number of stops at Tim Horton's in one day - 3, we were pretty wired. (2) Number of times we said to one another "It's raining" 435. It rained all day, so much so that it became funny after awhile.

We did manage to get many great shots in, even though mother nature tried her best to stop it. Studio Cabral 1 Mother Nature 0.
