The Wrestler!

Last night I rented "The Wrestler" and loved it. I really like movies that are real and don't have a Hollywood ending. The whole movie played out and felt like real life with real problems and real people. Plus Mickey Rourke did an outstanding job. If you haven't seen, watch it tonight.

Stefania & Marco's Wedding!

We had the pleasure of being part of Stefania and Marco's special day. It was an honour to photograph their wedding. We all wish them the best of luck, and we look forward to seeing them when they get back from Barbados.

Good Friday Parade

We have gone to "Little Italy" here in Toronto for years on Good Friday to see the parade run by St. Francis of Assisi church. We took some pictures, hope you like them.

Write it Down, Make it Happen!

While sipping on my "Caffe Frapochino Grande" at Chapters yesterday I came across the book "Write it Down, Make it Happen" by Henriette Anne Klauser, Ph.D. I have not read it, but I did buy it and look forward to reading it. In the book from what I gather so far Klauser instructs her readers to write down their most extravagant wishes and, merely by the act of recording them, make them come true. She claims that the writings themselves are so powerful that they will influence external circumstances. The more attractive you make whatever you ambition, and the more you approach it in a spirit of fun, the more others will want to play along to make your dream a reality.I encourage everyone to do this when you have some free time and store it away in a safe place. When you go back to the list from time to time you might be surprised of the outcome.

Twilight.

Yesterday I caught up with the phenomenon known as "Twilight". I finally got around to watching it when my wife brought it home. I was a little hesitant at first because even though I looovvve vampire movies I thought that this was some teeny movie for kids. But I really enjoyed it, so much so I can't wait for the sequel. I will not read the book because I will only read a vampire book by Anne Rice. But I can see why everyone got on the "Twilight" train.

Liliana & Rob's Wedding!

We shot another great wedding this past weekend. Steve and I really enjoyed this one. Liliana and Rob were so great to work with that we tried many different things and they really enjoyed themselves on their special day. They had everything including pets, a great bridal party, and 4 wonderful children who were the ring boys and flower girls. Complete with funky locations, this wedding had it all. Check it out!
