Write it Down, Make it Happen!

While sipping on my "Caffe Frapochino Grande" at Chapters yesterday I came across the book "Write it Down, Make it Happen" by Henriette Anne Klauser, Ph.D. I have not read it, but I did buy it and look forward to reading it. In the book from what I gather so far Klauser instructs her readers to write down their most extravagant wishes and, merely by the act of recording them, make them come true. She claims that the writings themselves are so powerful that they will influence external circumstances. The more attractive you make whatever you ambition, and the more you approach it in a spirit of fun, the more others will want to play along to make your dream a reality.I encourage everyone to do this when you have some free time and store it away in a safe place. When you go back to the list from time to time you might be surprised of the outcome.

2 - Visit Transylvania on Halloween.

in a Winnebago.
5 - Be the tour photographer for Oasis.
6 - Own a baby blue Lamborghini.
7 - Get interviewed on "The Hour" with
George Stroumboulopoulos.
8 - Back Pack across Europe.
9 - Be in attendance when the Maple Leafs
win the Stanley Cup.
10 - Win it all on a Reality TV show.

Remember, Extravagant means differt things to different people. So have fun and make your own list and store it for the future.

Twilight.

Yesterday I caught up with the phenomenon known as "Twilight". I finally got around to watching it when my wife brought it home. I was a little hesitant at first because even though I looovvve vampire movies I thought that this was some teeny movie for kids. But I really enjoyed it, so much so I can't wait for the sequel. I will not read the book because I will only read a vampire book by Anne Rice. But I can see why everyone got on the "Twilight" train.

I came across this quote this week and really thought it was right on. There are always times when you just think you can't do something because it is difficult. Then with hard work it gets done and each time becomes that much easier. It works for us all the time.

Liliana & Rob's Wedding!

We shot another great wedding this past weekend. Steve and I really enjoyed this one. Liliana and Rob were so great to work with that we tried many different things and they really enjoyed themselves on their special day. They had everything including pets, a great bridal party, and 4 wonderful children who were the ring boys and flower girls. Complete with funky locations, this wedding had it all. Check it out!

Chandni & Nigel's Epic Wedding!

The great thing about our job is we always have adventures, Chandni & Nigel's wedding was no exception. The wedding itself lasted 3 days and we loved every minute of it. We would like to thank the great bridal party who were very helpful and the families who were fun to be around.

New Bride, New Groom, New Year!

We cannot think of a better way to ring in the new year than a wedding. That's right, while you were out dancing with strangers we were with 200 of Jacqueline and Mitchell's closest friends and family celebrating their wedding. We had been to Mitchell's brother John's wedding a year and a half ago, so we were used to the crowd. But nothing could compare to the craziness that ensued come 12:00 am on New Year's Eve. A special thanks goes out to the bridal party who were all great.
